Knowledgeable, Responsive, Empathetic

I live out-of-state and was referred to Atty. Castro Potts for help with my elderly parents who are Venice, FL residents. My parents were fast-talked into an agreement and then harassed to pay and have work started on their house. Atty. Castro Potts advised me of FL law, my rights (I have power of a...ttorney), and my options so that I could confidently pursue the situation. I am grateful for her knowledge and - while I thankfully was able to resolve the situation - would have hired her in a heartbeat to represent us if needed.

I will certainly recommend Sara, she is the best attorney in Sarasota . She gives only the best advise she is a very good listener, very honest, patient and very caring. Sara does most of my real estate contract included leases Landlord and tenant issues. She is my lawyer for over 10 years. She is... soft spoken , beautiful and has a lot of charm. Without any hesitation I will most definitively recommend Sara, she will get the job done.
