I had David Haenel to represent my DUI case. My video was horrible and I was denied PTD which I really wanted so I could have my record expunged. They sent all of the paperwork via email and I didn't even have to go to the office to sign them. I used my phone. My temporary drivers permit was in my h...and in two days. David called me immediately after he received information and kept me up to date with the progress. He even called me on the weekend to make sure I knew where to go and what was going to happen in court on Monday. My DUI was dropped to a reckless and adjudication was withheld which meant no points on my license and I could still have my record expunged. David Haenel recently represented me in an HTO violation. For those of you who are unaware of this unforgiving traffic violation, it revokes your drivers license for 5 years after you have been caught driving with a suspended license 3 times in a span of 5 years. Sounds miserable, I know. However, I ...knew the repercussions of this traffic violation could be detrimental to my future, so I immediately sought the legal advice of a knowledgeable practitioner. When I began researching this issue I was unaware of my options, but not necessarily ready to accept the terms of my 5 year drivers license revocation. When I spoke to David for the first time, he brought me up to speed relatively quickly. He was able to provide me with an extensive overview of HTO’s, how he had handled cases such as these in the past, and how he could aggressively pursue my case in particular.
