Austin Marshall Eason is an associate in the Wicker Smith Sarasota office where his practice focuses on medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury defense, professional liability and nursing home & assisted living litigation.
Born in Bradenton, Florida, Mr. Eason graduated from Florida State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 2013. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2016, Mr. Eason practiced as a criminal prosecutor for the Sarasota State Attorney’s Office where he handled thousands of cases and tried more than 30 jury trials.
Admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2013, Mr. Eason is a member of The Florida Bar, Sarasota County Bar Association, Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court, and a Board Member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
