also known as Sam J. Saad III
Sam J. Saad, III, is the founder and principal of the Law Office of Sam J. Saad, III, Paradise Coast Title and Escrow, and previously served the community as a City of Naples Council Member.
Saad earned his law degree from Creighton University Law School, graduating cum laude in 2003. He also studied business and political science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating in 1999.
After passing the Florida Bar, Saad chose to pursue his love for law and politics in Washington DC. He worked for the George W. Bush - Dick Cheney re-election campaign, after which he received a Presidential Appointment to the Department of Labor. Saad spent two years serving as the Special Assistant to the Solicitor of Labor where he gained a unique insight and expertise in business law by helping shape policies related to worker's rights, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), fair labor standards and the family medical leave act.
In 2006, Saad and his wife Amy relocated to Naples to start a family. Since then, he has dedicated himself to helping small businesses, real estate owners and property managers. He believes that helping protect the business and real estate interests of local professionals also helps protect the unique quality of life that we all appreciate. One of Saad's personal goals is to provide common sense and fiscally sound solutions, with a personalized approach. With this goal in mind, The Law Office of Sam J. Saad, III has been structured with lower hourly fees and flat rate legal services to make the firm more accessible to small business owners.
In 2010, Saad was elected to the Naples City Council. As the youngest elected official in Collier County history, he champions policies that protect the quality of life in Naples. In addition to his duties on the City Council, Saad’s elected peers have appointed him to chair the Naples Redevelopment Agency and the Collier County Metropolitan Planning Organization where he is helping shape public policy that responsibly grows our community. He served two full terms through 2018.
Saad is a member of the Florida Bar Association where he serves on the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section Residential Real Estate and Industry Liaison Committee, the Collier County Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is also a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, where he also graduated from Leadership Collier in 2013.
For his leadership and community involvement, Saad has been recognized as one of Gulf Shore Business Magazine's "40 Under 40," the Legal Aid Service of Collier County's July 2011 Attorney of the Month, and was the recipient of the Lebanese American Chamber of Commerce Golden Cedar Award (2006). Saad is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association and supports many local non-profit organizations.
When he is not working, Saad enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, occasionally running, reading biographies and building sand castles with his children Sammy and Lola.
