In 2006, Saad and his wife Amy relocated to Naples to start a family. Since then, he has dedicated himself to helping small businesses, real estate owners and property managers. He believes that helping protect the business and real estate interests of local professionals also helps protect the unique quality of life that we all appreciate. One of Saad's personal goals is to provide common sense and fiscally sound solutions, with a personalized approach. With this goal in mind, The Law Office of Sam J. Saad, III has been structured with lower hourly fees and flat rate legal services to make the firm more accessible to small business owners.
In 2010, Saad was elected to the Naples City Council. As the youngest elected official in Collier County history, he champions policies that protect the quality of life in Naples. In addition to his duties on the City Council, Saad’s elected peers have appointed him to chair the Naples Redevelopment Agency and the Collier County Metropolitan Planning Organization where he is helping shape public policy that responsibly grows our community. He served two full terms through 2018.
Saad is a member of the Florida Bar Association where he serves on the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section Residential Real Estate and Industry Liaison Committee, the Collier County Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is also a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, where he also graduated from Leadership Collier in 2013.
