Michael Eric Hopkins

Michael Hopkins is a criminal defense attorney based in Naples, Florida, representing individuals facing serious criminal charges throughout Southwest Florida. He focuses his practice on DUI defense, drug offenses, felony charges, and misdemeanor cases, representing clients from the earliest stages of investigation through trial.

He began his legal career as a Florida prosecutor, gaining firsthand experience evaluating and building criminal cases from the government’s perspective. He later spent over a decade working alongside longtime Naples criminal defense attorney Jerry Berry, one of the most respected defense attorneys in Southwest Florida, handling a wide range of complex and high-stakes criminal matters.
