I had never been in trouble for anything in my life until I got my DUI. Scared and clueless as to what to do I was told to call Danielle, who came very highly recommended to me. I called her and she had me come in immediately to discuss everything. She had a copy of the police report when I arrive...d and had already gone over it. I was so embarrassed and ashamed of myself I didn't know how I could face anybody in the court room. Danielle took care of all my court dates for me. I didn't even have to go once and what a relief that was. I am a NJ resident so DMV told me I wasn't entitled to a Florida Hardship license. Danielle told me I absolutely was. After going back and forth with DMV, Danielle was able to get me that Hardship license. Even the DUI instructor asked how I got that. My reply was I have an amazing lawyer and he agreed. She was also able to get my license back for me on the DMV side of the case which nobody thought was possible. She also got my charges dropped to a lesser charge on the criminal side. I didn't know the first thing about how the system worked but Danielle and her staff definitely know their stuff. I was just granted early term probation as well. Again with the help of Danielle. Honestly, without Danielle I don't know what I would have done. I just know I couldn't have done any of this without her.
