While visiting Naples I was arrested for a ridiculous charge of drunk and disorderly because I questioned the establishment regarding my bill that I didn't believe was correct. I met with Landon and discussed the case. I immediately hired him and he was able to get a copy of the security video from the establishment and show to the Judge and Prosecutor that the Officer was lying in his report. The Judge immediately dismissed the case. I HIGHLY recommend Landon to anyone in need of representation, period. He is a top notch attorney and his paralegal, Janet, was great.

Saved my neck

I was arrested for possession of marijuana and hired Mr. Miller to represent me. We went for a hearing cause the cops had no reason to approach me sitting in my car in my hotel parking lot. The Judge agreed and my case was thrown out. Thank you Landon!!!

Outstanding Attorney

In mid-July of this year, I received a DUI in Collier County, the Bail Bondsman recommended that I contact Landon Miller. I called his office the next day, and the staff was VERY professional, took all of my information, and Landon Miller called me back, and after a brief conversation, I hired him as my attorney. Throughout the next couple of weeks I needed to contact the office for paperwork, faxing, emailing and the staff was above and beyond helpful. Outstanding Skills

Mr. Miller is a brilliant lawyer who is beyond capable as a law practitioner. I hired Mr. Miller for an injunction order filed by a vicious estranged ex-partner who defaulted the legal system by accusing me as a child-abuser toward my one and only child. It was very difficult for me as I am not familiar with the law, the system, in addition to dealing the emotional trauma of not being able to see my child and have her around me. I was devastated! I am so thankful for Mr. Miller for his legal representation. He achieved our objective in just one court hearing - the injunction was dropped and the case was transferred to the family court. My point is ... many people can acquire a JD and many people can practice law, but not only Mr. Miller has the training, experience and background in law he also has the unique skills set to work with different people of different status, demeanors, including people on the opposing side! Of course I highly recommend Mr. Miller - how could I not? He did it for me in just ONE hearing! You will want a lawyer who SLAM-DUNKs for you every time & do the right the very first time right?!

Best Atty in Naples

Who has problems with men acting crazy? I do...I was arrested on battery after the ex attacked me. I was facing prison time for defending myself. Landon saved my life and my childrens lives. Then the ex husband moved here causing problems. Landon got that dismissed as well. I was not guilty BOTH times and had so much to lose.. I do not know what I wouldve done with out Landon. Best atty in Naples. You do not pay him to go to jail.

Excellent attorney and staff

Landon was passionate, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and thorough working with our family on a case for a family member. He took the time to inform us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Landon Miller for a Criminal Defense Attorney!!

Landon is a GREAT attorney. He's managed to put me on a payment plan because i couldn't afford a large lump sum, like most of the attorneys here in SWFL that i've delt with, after we discussed and reviewed my case in his office for freeeee. Not only that but whenever i would call or email to ask a question his paralegal was always prompt and respectful. Ultimately though, my favorite thing would have to be how they don't beat around the bush. Landon always gave me 100% confidence and ease when dealing with my legal dilemma. I would definitely recommend him!!

BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY IN SW FLORIDA

I was facing a very serious trafficking charge on a bogus stop. The State was proceeding with charges against me and was offering me 3 years in prison with a 50k fine. I met with Landon and discussed my case, which was FREE. Then when I went to hire him he allowed me to make 3 equal payments since I didn't have it all. Landon filed a motion with the Court, presented oral argument to the Judge and won. The State had no choice but to drop all charges because the stop was bad. I would recommend him to anyone that finds themself facing criminal charges. Not to mention that his Paralegal was on top of everything and would make herself immediately available on the phone and would respond to emails within minutes of me sending it.

Excellent trial lawyer

I used Landon Miller for a DUI 2nd offense within 5 years. The state would not budge on a plea agreement. Minimums for a 2nd DUI are 10 days in jail, big fines, interlock ignition, probation, 5 year license suspension, etc. We had no option except to go to trial. Landon was excellent in the jury selection process throughout closing arguments. He was able to quickly rebut every one of the States witnesses. He has an exceptional ability to speak in front of a jury. After my trial, it only took the jury 20 minutes to deliberate a not guilty verdict. I would definitely advise anyone who needs a excellent, thorough criminal defense attorney to hire Landon. In addition, his paralegal staff in his office stays on top of everything when he is not available. Always able to answer the phone and email responses within minutes!

Landon miller is a professional!!!! he works the case as if it were his own.(unlike alot of others). I was looking at a PBL charge under seriously fabricated reports from the collier county sherrifs office.
