I was charged with both a major and minor traffic misdemeanor which would have cost more to pay than what representation cost and would have affected my employment, not to mention my Insurance rates. I was arrested for a second DUI charge at the beginning of June. My BAC results when I took the breathalyzer test were .224 and .229. After experiencing my first DUI, I was pretty overwhelmed with information and time frames. Having no clue what to do and never having experienced a legal issue, I knew I needed representation I could rely on. After some research, my family found out about Musca Law. I initially saw my case as unwinn...able, but just found out yesterday that my DMV case has been dropped and my license was back in my pocket by the end of the day! It has only been a month. Was recently visiting FL and unfortunately found out that possessing even the smallest amount of marijuana is not ok... The whole arrest experience was shocking to me. Was in a state of panic when I found Musca Law. Everyone put me at ease and helped me to go through a deferral program rather than ...court.
