Jose handled violations of probation, countless motions, and several non-jury trials. No better choice
I have had the pleasure of working with Jose on a few different occasions. I would recommend anyone with a pending criminal or personal injury matter to consider speaking with him. He will devote any amount of time necessary to his clients, no matter what the time of day. Jose and his partner Derek have created a reputation in the Naples/Ft. Myers area that is beyond reproach. If you need an attorney, a call to Jose will be well worth it.

Professional, knowledgeable and caring
I needed an attorney for personal issues within the family and Mr. Nunez was always available and answered all my questions given the fact that I was in another state too. Mr. Nunez returned all my goes even while he was on vacation to give me an update. In conclusion, Mr. Nunez is an individual who can be trusted and will be there for you even if you are out of town. I also thank his staff as well too.

Amazing
I needed an attorney so I found Derek Verderamo using Avvo. This office called me back on a weekend which really impressed me. I came in for a consultation where I met with both Derek Verderamo and Jose Nunez. Jose was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about my situation. Great work and attention to detail
Mr. Nunez did a thorough and attentive job when I was being threatened with probation violations. He resolved the matter quickly, and was great following up until all matters were resolved satisfactorily! I would highly recommend him!
