It saddens me to see a family self-destruct after the death or disability of a loved one; especially when it could have been avoided with proper planning. It is a reality of life that at any moment, any of us, our friends, or our families can suffer a life altering or life ending event. During such moments the sadness that transpires turns to chaos if a proper plan is not in place. I started this law firm to educate the members of my community and ensure their goals and wishes are met during their most trying times.
As a husband, father, son, brother and friend, I understand how important the relationships are with those we love. The last thing I want is for my family and friends to be burdened by my improper planning and get stuck shuffling complex legal documents in countless courtrooms.
