We contacted Miss Palombi through a referral in the middle of our case and she hit the ground running. She was very personable, honest and kind. Definitely made us feel that she was interested in helping us and she did. After learning the facts, she was quickly able to explain possible outcomes and coached us on our responses as we moved forward in our lawsuit. Albeit an unfortunate circumstance we were in, working with Miss Palombi was nothing short of a joy. We won our case and not only that, I feel like we gained a friend for life. I highly recommend retaining her for your legal needs. She will not be outworked or outsmarted. Thank you Jessica!
Many positive comments can be shared about this astute, and tenacious legal professional. Ms. Palombi succeeded in winning my case where a senior law firm had previously failed. This alone, would have earned her a five star review rating as my case was very complicated. The most notable attribute that sets this attorney apart is her dedication and attention to detail. An incisive problem solver who was easily reachable, Ms. Palombi always made me feel my case was her most important one. She makes helping people and a commitment to justice a priority, which in my experience is a rare find. 5-Star service all the way.

Decent and Respectful
I lost my home through foreclosure. Ms. Palombi represented the Home Association that successfully brought foreclosure proceedings against me. As painful
and embarrassing as losing your home can be, I was struck by her decency and respectfulness she treated me with.

Condo Association Foreclosure
Jessica Palombi Esq. has served as the attorney to the Henderson Creek Village Condo Association (HCVCA) in Naples FL since early 2014. She has expertly guided our Association through a most difficult time for us. HCV consists on only 20 units. One of these had failed to pay its assessments (~$3800/yr) for several years. Our Board of Directors, which I served as President, began foreclosure proceedings in 2013. The two owners of this unit then began a long series of harassing and delaying maneuvers. They first agreed to pay their debt but soon renege, threatening our attorney at the time with disbarment The attorney quit representing us (they sued her anyway).
When Ms. Palombi took over, she quickly moved to complete foreclosure. However, the owners each declared bankruptcy, delaying the process another six months until their claims were dismissed. The owners, who had by then moved out, next filed suit with the Florida Dept. of Human Relations, claiming racial discrimination in housing. Their charges were subsequently dismissed as groundless. In early 2015, the mortgage lender foreclosed, a long process. Ms. Palombi communicated regularly with the lender to get HCVCA the maximum payment from them.
Through all this, Jessica made numerous court appearances on our behalf, keeping us updated. She offered great counsel based on her expertise in foreclosure proceedings. Ms. Palombi also prepared legal opinions at the request of our BOD on other Condo issues. These opinions were well reasoned, researched, and written.
In summary, HCVCA has been most pleased with Jessica's work on our behalf. She is very knowledgeable regarding the legal issues that can confront HOAs in Florida. I commend her to you without reservation.

comforting legal skills
Jessica's legal skills were comforting. I was impressed on how well researched she was about the problem I was facing with a HOA trying to make unjustified fines on our house. She knew the storyline of pages of information like it was her own and it was obvious in our hearing that she truly believed that injustice was at hand with the HOA board of directors. She is sharp, articulate, and exercises integrity in her approach. Jessica proves that lawyers don't have to be dry and boring and she brings a youthful excitement into the arena that commands respect. - Richard K, Ph.D.

Helped with harrassment from our Homeowners Association
Everyone has heard of them - the dreaded "condo cop" that seems driven by anger and drama. When we became the target of such behavior and were threatened with $4000.00 in fines from our Homeowners Association, we needed professional help. My husband found Jessica Palombi, and was impressed with her knowledge about Association Law. After reviewing the details of our case, she created an awesome overview/outline of points that could be used as a handout when we attended the hearing in front of the associations fining committee. Jessica arrived in a timely manner, presented herself professionally, and did an awesome job representing us. Due to her knowledge base, and skills in representing us, all fines were dropped. Thank you Jessica !!

Excellent Legal Service
I was referred to Jessica after having problems with another attorney handling a foreclosure case.
From my first meeting with Atty. Palombi, I found her knowledgeable and responsive. She was able to explain the law, what was going to happen and what she could do to protect my associations financial interest. Jessica has been successful in collecting money that was due and providing the legal guidance we have needed. Atty. Palombi is available when I call with questions , provides the info I need and keeps me informed. I would highly recommend Atty Palombi and have referred her to other associations that had foreclosure cases.

Director of a Condominium Association Board and Diector of a Homeowner's Association Board of Directors
Jessica Palombi has acted as counsel for both Boards of Directors - 7 yeras for the Condo Board and 5 years for the HOA Board. We have used her services in foreclosures, interpretation of then Condo and HOA laws and each Association's governing documents. She has negotiated with the County on our behalf in a sewer dispute, helped update our governing documents and other legal matters. She has proven to be a competent, efficient attorney.
