Biography
Ms. Ruberg is a civil litigator whose practice is focused on commercial and probate litigation and the Florida Sunshine Laws. Ms. Ruberg serves corporations, non-profits, governments and individuals with litigation ranging from complex commercial law, probate disputes and issues arising from the Florida Sunshine Laws. Prior to joining Kirk-Pinkerton, P.A., Jodi was Associate General Counsel for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment where she managed the litigation of thirteen parks throughout five states.
Ms. Ruberg graduated from the University of Central Florida where she earned degrees in Business Management and Hospitality Management. While at UCF, she was elected by her peers to serve as a Student Government Senator. She was also on the Women’s Rowing Team and she earned the Student-Athlete Award. Ms. Ruberg was awarded her juris doctor from Florida State University.
Jodi grew up in Englewood, Florida and she is a graduate of Lemon Bay High School. During her free time, she enjoys golfing, boating, fishing, snow skiing and spending time with her nephews.
