Amanda is very knowledgeable, but did not really do anything for my child custody case. Paid her over $3500. Plus paid $400 to file papers and never stepped into a courthouse. Replied last May 24, 2018Unfortunately, I was not able to do anything more on the case after the parties voluntarily consented to jurisdiction in another state after the case was filed here in Florida. Like my other cases, this case was very important to me and I took many calls after hours and emails that I did not charge for. This client was always received when she stopped by unannounced. Although my retainer is non-refundable and the court fees are paid to the court, under the circumstances I did agree to refund the remaining portion of the retainer after the case was dismissed here. The hearing has not yet been set.
