Amber Patwell is inefficient and negligent.

I do not recommend Amber Patwell. Because of her negligence during my divorce, she failed to file a counter petition for me to request alimony and now I am not eligible to to receive it. Her negligence caused me to lose thousands of dollars to support me after my divorce. She also failed to appear a...t a case management meeting because she forgot. Hire her at your own risk.

This review is a complete misrepresentation. I have not done any work for Lisa since December. She hired another lawyer and never requested to amend any of her pleadings in March when she had the opportunity to file a counter petition at her pre trial conference as with any family law case. I also never failed to appear at a court hearing because I "forgot". Lisa got paid in gift card(s) from the law firm that I did contract work from. Because I didn't offer to do the same (because it is against our professional rules) she has made it a point to comment negatively on all my pages with the same inaccuracies. I looked at her docket myself to see what went on since I hadn't worked on her case in so long to find out the truth about what had actually happened.

Child Support Termination

Amber assisted me with a termination of child support. She helped negotiate and draft the necessary documents. Amber was incredibly professional, responsive and effective. I highly recommend!

She does exactly what's she says she will do. She helped me with some traffic tickets and kept me informed the entire time. I couldn't be happier.

A talented lawyer who CARES!

I hired Mrs. Hill to seal a legal record that had been outstanding for several years. Prior to enlisting her services, I struggled with various lawyers and cumbersome legal jargon for MONTHS trying to settle the matter on my own. What seemed impossible to anyone else, was effectively handled in a m...atter of weeks through Amber. I am truly appreciative of not only her ability to successfully seal my record, but also the true dedication and CARE she brought to my case. Very Hard Working and Knows Her Law

I have hired Ms. Hill for multiple cases. Compared to other lawyers I have hired she has put in the extra work that I did not see from other attorneys. She interviewed witnesses in my cases, had depositions with police officers, and all around did the extra research to get all but one of my cases dro...pped. In the case that was not dropped, which was a felony, she never pressured me to plea, but kept working on the State Attorney all the way until the day of my trial where she got him to drop two of my four charges and reduce the felony to a misdemeanor. A great defense attorney who I'd recommend to anyone. She tells things the way they are and doesn't play games.
