James save my life and my soul. Faced with three felony charges one which would have put me in jail at least 25 years not to mention having a rouge police officer at the hilt, James not only won the criminal case but later won the civil law suite. A very good lawyer and an even better friend!

The only lawyer you need!

I actually met Mr. May long before I ever thought I would have needed him. From the first day I met him he was extremely caring, asking how I was doing and how business was going and so on. Needless to say a couple years after meeting him I actually needed an attorney. I honestly did look any farthe...r than his number in my phone. I had never been to his office so I was not sure what to expect. It was actually quite comforting to be there, it’s not some huge overwhelming over paid oak floor office. He and I talk about my problem and the case ahead as if we were just shooting the breeze any other time. Now of course this was a very serious matter but every step of the way Mr. May reassured me that he was on top of it whether it be paperwork, depositions or whatever was needed and would fight till the last word could be said. This was a long grueling case but looking back I would not have hired anyone else. He is the right person for this profession and the only attorney for me. Thank you again for ALL of your hard work. Your Lawyer, if you want results!

I would reccomend James May to anyone who is having legal trouble or is caught in an unexpected situation without a clue what to do. He is a local family man that treats his clients as such as well. One of the best!

Attorney James Anthony May is one of the best attorneys in Florida hands down! In my particular case I was charged with Marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia in Tampa FL. At first I actually called my old attorney in Orlando FL. where I used to live and he told me I live out of his territory... now but that he knew someone who could help me out here in Tampa and who is good. Honestly I was upset that I had to use a different attorney but I called Mr. May anyway and he said he could definitely help me out so we set up an appointment. At the appointment Mr. May explained to me all of my options and assured me that I need to not worry and that he will take care of everything. After that I pretty much sat around and did nothing as he worked on the case and did whatever it is that he does. We talked here and there but it was him just mainly telling me to rest assured and that he had everything under control. Now I really cant get into all the details of my case but I will try to put into perspective the best I can.. Basically all I can say is I have multiple priors including the same charge which I was charged with which was Marijuana possession and paraphernalia and all I walked away with was minimal court fees!! Thats it!!! Thank You James LEGALIZE IT!!!
