Outstanding attorney

James went above and beyond for me when I was charged with a DUI. He went through my case with a fine tooth comb and ended up getting me reduced to a reckless. I highly recommend James and hopefully I don’t have to use him again any time soon.

Fantastic Lawyer and even better Human being!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with James on my DUI case. I cannot emphasize enough how glad I am to have found him. From beginning to end James treated me like a friend and not just a client. I was shopping around for lawyers to help me with my case and it was quite upsetting how I was treated. I ...saw 2 lawyers before going to James and they just cared about whether I could pay them for their services which I understand. However, when I first saw James at his office it was a completely different vibe. I was visibly upset during my first visit but after specking to him for just a few minutes he promised me that he “would not allow anything bad to happen to me.” A promise he kept! He made clear that if I followed his instructions and completed them as fast as possible I would be alright at the end. He was right! James worked tirelessly to the very end to help me and he does it for everyone that walks into his office. He kept me up to speed and answered every question I had along the way. When you are going through anything requiring his services of course you want to know your lawyer is knowledgeable of the law but in my humble opinion I personally also want someone who will treat you like a human being an not just another client. I hope this review helps clear any doubt that one might have on whether or not to have James on your side. He will not rest until he gets the best result possible for you! In James May I trust!

Word Can't Express My Gratitude

No one ever wants to need a lawyer but if you're ever in need of one, James is PERFECTION! James turned the worst night of my life around and completely knocked my case out of the park. When I met James, I was being charged with a DUI. I was scared, frighted and almost certain that in one night I had... ruined my life. At my first consultation with James, he eased my nerves and reassured me that everything was going to be okay and the worst night of my life was over. James got the DUI reduced to a civil citation of Careless Driving with a withhold of adjudication and court cost and got my speeding ticket dismissed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in need, because he is a fantastic lawyer.

Beyond grateful!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I was referred to James by my employer after I had been accused of a dui. After our first phone call he was open and clear about the expectations and possible outcomes of the case. Any time I had a question, no matter how silly it was he had an answer for me and was h...appy to give it. Having Mr. May on my side was the best decision I could have made. He worked with me to the end and then some. I would recommend James may to anyone in need of an honest, respectable Attorny.

SO GRATEFUL

No one ever wants to need a lawyer... but if you need one, you need a good one (just need James really) I had gotten arrested for driving under the influence. Asked around a few friends of what I should do / do I even need a lawyer? One friend had worked with James in the past and said I needed to ...call him. First of all, I was a wreck and never been so scared/stressed in my life. James reassured me that it was all going to be okay and he immediately gave me a list of what I needed to do / get started on so I could get my license back (NEVER would’ve figured this out with how messed up the system is without his help) he then kept me updated and handled pretty much every thing that needed to be done for the courts / case. He then got my charges reduced and exceeded my expectations. I hope I don’t need a lawyer again but I am forever grateful to have James on my side!!
