Frank P. Marsalisi is a personal injury attorney born, raised, and still proudly serving the St. Petersburg, Florida community he has called home his entire life. As the founder and owner of Marsalisi Law, he represents injured victims throughout Tampa Bay and the surrounding counties — including Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, and Pasco County — in matters involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, e-scooter accidents, bus accidents, DUI accidents, hit-and-run accidents, Lyft and Uber accidents, traumatic brain injuries, burn injuries, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and product liability claims. He serves clients in both English and Spanish.
Frank P. Marsalisi earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he served as President of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity. During his undergraduate years, he completed legal internships with The Honorable Richard A. Luce of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, and the office of The Honorable Jim Davis in the United States Congress. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, returning home each summer to serve as a law clerk for the former law firm of current Florida State Representative Darryl Rouson, Esq., assisting with personal injury, discrimination, and real estate matters.
After law school, he joined a personal injury law firm in Tampa as an Associate Litigation Attorney before advancing to Managing Attorney at a boutique personal injury firm, where he developed extensive experience in complex litigation across all areas of personal injury law. In 2014, he founded Marsalisi Law on a single principle: every client deserves to work directly with their attorney — not a paralegal, not a case manager — from the first consultation through the resolution of their claim.
