I was involved in an auto accident in late February 2012 but didn't experience noticeable pain in my neck until about a month later, so I didn't relate it to the accident. When I finally sought medical treatment from my chiropractor over two months later and filed a claim with my auto insurance comp...any, my claim was disallowed in July 2012 after I was required to undergo an independent medical exam. That's when I hired Mr. Shocklee, so he was at a disadvantage from the start. However, he worked quickly and efficiently and, after following standard steps in this type of legal procedure and after resolving some omissions made by the insurance company, he was able to settle my case in May 2013 such that all of my medical bills were negotiated and paid and I received a moderate monetary settlement to help pay for future medical bills.
