I read reviews from the internet, but I don’t typically take the time to write reviews. Mr. Benndrick Watson is an outstanding, competent, knowledgeable, caring and persistent attorney. He is passionate about his profession and it shows in his work ethics. He assisted me in settling a real estate ...contract dispute with a major home builder in St. Petersburg, FL. The builder worked hard at prolonging the settlement, but Attorney Watson was persistent and professional until the matter was resolved. You can always reach a real person at his office and speak with him by phone or email. I met with him in person, submitted pertinent documents to him online and even made payment online. He kept me updated via email on the status of my case without me having to call and inquire. It was so refreshing to work with an attorney that listened and truly had the best interest of his client first and foremost. After talking with a couple of Attorney's and getting no where, I was referred to Mr. Watson. Mr. Watson listened to our situation which involved squatters in my father in laws mobile home in FL. After several attempts to get them out, (FL law is awful. Protects the criminals) we hired Mr. Watson.... What I found refreshing was that he was knowledgeable, acted quickly to get notices served, followed up and always kept me informed and sent copies of everything he filed, or submitted. Our situation went as far as a hearing, and he took care of that for us and won. I found my way to Benndrick and Golden Key via a call for help I posted in the African American Attorneys Network on Facebook. I'm an attorney admitted to practice in New York, so I knew I needed help when confronted with an FL timeshare matter. I have been dealing with a few different legal matters over the course of a few months..
