Quick, responsive and extremely effective.

We hired Mr. Watson to assist us with a contractor dispute. He resolved that matter within 48 hours and legal action was not necessary. We are incredibly grateful.

Real Estate Contract Dispute

I read reviews from the internet, but I don’t typically take the time to write reviews. Mr. Benndrick Watson is an outstanding, competent, knowledgeable, caring and persistent attorney. He is passionate about his profession and it shows in his work ethics. He assisted me in settling a real estate ...contract dispute with a major home builder in St. Petersburg, FL. The builder worked hard at prolonging the settlement, but Attorney Watson was persistent and professional until the matter was resolved. You can always reach a real person at his office and speak with him by phone or email. I met with him in person, submitted pertinent documents to him online and even made payment online. He kept me updated via email on the status of my case without me having to call and inquire. It was so refreshing to work with an attorney that listened and truly had the best interest of his client first and foremost. If you are seeking an outstanding attorney to be on your side, I highly recommend Attorney Benndrick Watson.

Landlord/Tenant Issue

Benndrick represented me in an issue with my tenant. After sending a notice along with negotiation. The matter was quickly resolved in my favor. I highly recommend him!

An attorney that really listens to you!

I highly recommend Benndrick Watson. He contacted me back inmediately and took time to listen to me. I tend to be an immediate gratification person and want answers quickly. Mr. Watson is clearly in tune with his client and takes the time to listen. My case was with a problem landlord and he resol...ved my case in my favor quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable fee. I would hire him again if I ever need him. An outstanding attorney that listens and jumps into action to resolve the issue.
