He regularly advises clients regardingmergers and acquisitions, entity formation and business structures, commercial transactions, secured transactions, commercial real estate, commercial leasing, corporate finance, securities, corporate taxation, state and local tax issues and audits and charitable organizations.
A licensed Merchant Marine Officer, John holds a 100 Gross Ton Master Captain’s license with the United States Coast Guard. He regularly advises clients regarding the acquisition and registration of domestic and foreign flagged vessels.
John also dedicates his time and skill to giving back to the greater community. John is an active member of the community and devotes his time to serving various local charitable and civic organizations. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sarasota Downtown Farmer's Market.
