Excellent, reliable attorney

I found my way to Benndrick and Golden Key via a call for help I posted in the African American Attorneys Network on Facebook. I'm an attorney admitted to practice in New York, so I knew I needed help when confronted with an FL timeshare matter. Benndrick scheduled a call with me to talk through the ...issues within 2 hours of my initial call and asked insightful questions as I walked through the relevant timeline. He quoted me a flat fee and clearly explained the scope of his representation so that I was comfortable and clear once I decided to move forward. Golden Key makes it very easy to submit payments electronically so the process of starting my new matter was simple. Benndrick was on top of it from the beginning, keeping me in the loop and clearing a substantial portion of the amount in dispute based on statute of limitations. He connected with the counterparties regularly, managed all correspondence with them, and uncovered solutions that had not been presented to me as an option in their original correspondence. I was never in the dark re: status and Benndrick worked closely with me to talk through options and took my questions and opinions into consideration as he determined his next steps the whole way through. We've now moved into an amicable settlement that represents a significant improvement over the initial demand and it took just over one month to resolve. Benndrick has also made himself available to help tie up final loose ends as they play out over the next couple of months. He is kind, intelligent, and thoughtful attorney whom I trusted to work toward my best interests right away and I would absolutely recommend engaging Benndrick.
