Best Lawyer on the planet
Mr Feldman was the most awesome lawyer I have ever dealt with in my life. He did what he said he would do and kept me informed every step of the way. If all attorneys were like Mr Feldman the world could rest easy. Knowing that he was doing everything in his power to uphold the law and and do what was right made me feel so secure and safe and like I actually had someone looking out for my best interests. He never made me feel like I was a pain for asking all the questions I asked and he always had time to speak to me on the phone himself when I called. I would hire him again in a minute if I needed an attorney!!

Top notch attorney
Mr. Feldman handled my FSLA wage case, in federal court, efficiently and effectively. He always took my calls, kept in continual contact with me about my case, he heard me out, investigated the matter and filed a well written complaint on my behalf. He let opposing counsel know that he wasn't going to back down no matter what they threw at him, through his expertise, thoroughness and dogged tenacity. He brought my case to a satisfying conclusion. You can trust this highly intelligent and knowledgeable attorney. He's nice too.

Above and beyond expectations
I would like to share my testimonal that Mr. Feldman lawfirm fought for my wage rights, believed in me and listened to what I had to say and not over talked me. Mr Feldman law firm sought justice for my rights and was able to obtain a very good result, from a employer who took money from me that I rightfully was owed and that I documented this as well as my employer prevented me from getting benefits owed to me by law and that Mr Feldman and Mr, Quintus had to fight for and demonstrated excellent legal skills, to do so, to make me whole and that knowledge of the law was top notch, and was not afraid to take on the big company and litigate. Their dedication goes beyond business but personal as well referring to they even helped me part of the day when they had prior engagements with family one had a son's birthday party other had a wedding anniversary to go to soon there after. This goes above and beyond client dedication to thier clients or victims they represent. Other attorneys would of canceled or postpone an important meeting that day. I could go on for hours all that Mr. Feldman law firm did to fight for me personally. They informed me of any updated information they received or any information I need to get to help me if opposing counsel contested my grievances. Mr Feldman and his staff were always courteous and professional even under the most stressful times in my opinion, which may not been as stressful for them as they are the professionals as if it would of been myself? "Was the lawyer caring and empathetic?" Is a topic that some lawyer views ask clients when posting reviews, well if being late to a wedding anniversary or a son's birthday party isn't I don't know what is caring and empathetic then? They gather witness I didn't know through diligent research and investigation to help my case more so then I original expected, Mr. Feldman put up his own money for filing fees as I didn't have enough at the time being layoff and a global pandemic all at the same time. And my own personal business suffered and having to find other full-time employment. I strongly urge anyone with any legal issue that Mr. Feldman specializes in, to contact and have them represent you on your situation whatever it maybe small or large doesn't matter they will fight hard for you whether you work for a large or small business/corporation? Thier words and context of thier verbage is powerful and gets the results for sure! I am truly grateful for all thier help and dedication to my personal case. I hope this helps the next client who is unsure what to do and where to go like I was. Shawn

Excellent Service
Attorney Feldman and his team showcased a very professional atmosphere. Their communication was very thorough and professional. They went the extra mile when the case was stagnant and outlined a strategy for a positive outcome on the case. I was proud to have chosen a firm that was able to deliver through such adversity.

Unpaid wage case
I hired Mr. Feldman to represent me in a suit against my former employer for unpaid wages. They were working me seven days a week, and only paying me a 40 hour per week salary.

Excellent legal service, highly recommend Mr Feldman
I hired Mr Feldman after being involved in a car accident which was not my fault. From the beginning, I found him extremely professional, attentive and dedicated to representing me in an aggressive and passionate manner. Mr. Feldman went out of his way to speak with me during evenings, weekends and to spend time discussing my condition and all the options. I realized and appreciated the fact that Mr. Feldman is the sole attorney who is handling my case, unlike in large law firms, where you don’t know who will be representing you, and that there may be changes frequently. I felt the personal attention to my case, even though it may not have been a very large valued case, Mr. Feldman fought hard for me, he took definite steps and put together an action plan and fought hard for me to obtain a much better resolution than the insurance companies were willing to offer, he also then negotiated a reduction in my medical costs to help me even further. When the time came for negotiations, Mr. Feldman involved me and kept me updated frequently, and he always made me feel as the decision on settlement was mine, while giving me his advice and recommendations. I highly recommend Mr Feldman if you are in need to representation on a personal injury claim.

Trustworthy and Hardworking
Mitchel L. Feldman is an excellent attorney. He actually listens to you and he is prompt with a response. It is amazing in today's world of instant communication that so few actually respond in a prompt manner and even if they do, they don't actually listen to what you have to say. Thank you Mr. Feldman for being prompt, attentive, concise and solving my contractual issue without litigation.

Everything went Exactly as Mitch Feldman said it would go!
All I can say is Great Job! After speaking with Mitch Feldman and Roxanna, after I said Yes to their services, Our case went on auto pilot (for Me). They took care of everything. Once an offer was made, Mitch said we can do better and we did. Soon after, a check arrived in our mailbox. Recommending this Law Firm seems to be a no brainer for anyone who wants to Win. They were on my case (no pun intended) like white on rice and when I had questions, they were answered the same day.

contract dispute
Attorney Feldman handled my case in an extremely professional, diligent and expedient manner which ultimately ended with a very positive quick resolve. I was under a great deal of stress as It was the first time I was unemployed and no longer receiving a steady income. Attorney Feldman's steadfast decisions and actions enabled us to have a quick resolve of an already stressful situation and allowed me to live with a peace of mind until my new employment started. I recommend him 100 percent and confident he will be able to help you with your employment needs as well. great job sir, always be grateful for a job well done.

Was good the first time, the second time didn't feel like the same attorney
In 2016, I hired Mitchell Feldman to represent me against my employer. He went above and beyond and won me a settlement larger than I expected. In August/September 2019, I had a big problem from a separate employer and "hired" him again, since my first experience was so positive. However, this second time I was ignored, and then out of nowhere, he emailed me and said he doesn't recommend moving forward with my suit and then he ghosted me. Never responded to my inquiries about why. He just quit on me. I am completely disappointed, and since I have moved away from Florida, it makes it very difficult to find a new attorney to assist me. 3 years ago, I was singing his praises to everyone, but now, I say don't even bother because he won't.

Response from Mitchell Feldman December 8, 2019
There's no reason to be malicious and vindictive because "he doesn't recommend moving forward with filing my lawsuit", and you should be truthful if you are going to attempt to use this forum to intentionally seek to harm my reputation when in fact, I took action on your behalf, but you are disappointed in the response from your former employer. I provided you the response so the basis is not out of no where. I do not have any understanding of what you mean ghosted you, but at no time have you asked to schedule a conference or meeting to discuss my recommendation against filing the lawsuit. I'm available and have been any time, if you were to call my office and request a meeting or conference I would explain to you again, all the reasons, risks and factors for my recommendation against filing a lawsuit.

Excessive Fee Questioned And Cautioned By Judge
Attorney provided service for a fee of 25% in my Workers Compensation case. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a Workers Compensation attorney who will accept a guideline fee of 17.5%. This attorney and another I consulted with, cited the Miles ruling as cause to charge a 25% fee. Ultimately, Judge Lorenzen granted an Order Approving Claimant Paid Excess Fee but not before questioning the number of hours Mr. Feldman spent on my case and his time keeping. The below is extracted from such order, entered on 1/12/17. Mr. Feldman's fee data sheet filed contemporaneously with the motion for approval of the 25% fee indicated counsel expended approximately 12 hours in representation. The judge entered an order directing my counsel to file an affidavit of his time to allow the court to determine if the fee in excess of the guideline was reasonable. Mr. Feldman filed his affidavit approximately 4 weeks later. Time records attached to the affidavit appeared to be generated from a computer program and indicated a total of 22 hours. The order reflects surprise that counsel underestimated his time involvement so drastically. Three entries were made for legal research totaling 5.3 hours. None of the claims in the petition were novel, unique or complicated and the court could not understand the repeated charges for legal research. Counsel was cautioned for the future: court expects a time affidavit with every request for excess fee. Court expects the hours in the time affidavit to be reasonably similar to the time shown on the attorney fee data sheet so the court doe not have to question whether counsel is keeping contemporaneous time records or only creating them at the time JCC asks to see them. Also worth noting that I did not receive a reply to at least two of my emails to Mr. Feldman. In one email, I requested Mr. Feldman call me to clarify an issue. He did not call and I was told by his paralegal a few days later that Mr. Feldman is only available to speak with a client by phone when a phone conference is scheduled in advance. Hope you have better luck in securing an attorney that will actually be invested in your case.
