Poor Communication
Atty Morgado was hired, tried case and I was given judgement in 2016. I keep asking where the money is and have not to date been told. All phone numbers that I have been given to contact him, included on our signed contract, are disconnected. I would not recommend him.

I paid the fees to this Lawyer and haven't seen the results, I feel cheated.

We had a signed fee sharing agreement under which he was to pay my firm for our costs advanced and also a percentage of fees. His firm settled the case and has NOT paid us in accordance with the agreement. Since then he has ignored my inquiries about recovering our costs and our fees and has been elusive and seemingly disappeared from Florida.
