Exceptional Attorney

We hired Bear Republic Law, APC recently to handle our case. We had Andrew Nissen, J.D., and he's an outstanding attorney. I was having issues with a credit card company and after many attempts to resolve the matter on my own, I decided to consult with Andrew Nissen about the matter. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me draft a letter to mail the credit card company. The letter was great and we mailed it and got the attention of the credit card company, they knew we meant business. Andrew Nissen was clear as to what my options were and was fantastic advising me which direction I should go about when dealing with the issue. I'm very grateful I went to him and I would absolutely go back to him and utilize his services again.

Listens patiently

Took me step by step in completing a DPA, Revocable Trust , and Last Will, & Testament. Was always patient, took the time to review my notes, and thoroughly researched the appropriate answers. He was very familiar with Legal jargon, and I was not. Each document was thoroughly reviewed, and all my answers were answers were answered, no matter what the question was, and without judgement. Once I felt ready, I asked him to compile the information in the legal format, and I had an opportunity to take it home, and review everything with a fine tooth comb. Again, patient with me. After our thorough discussion with the questions and changes, I asked him to put it all together as a final draft. Once he did, we met again, and I agreed to proceed to sign and complete the process. I would recommend Andrew to anyone, especially if they were worried if they had no legal expertise. He was patient, thorough, and pleasant/polite. Ultimately, the finished product gave me peace of mind.

Andrew helped me with my accident I had in Jan. 2014, involving a bike and car incident. He helped me fight and won the case. He is a great responsible dedicated attorney. If you are looking for the best attorney to help you with your injury case, Andrew is the man to go to. I live in downtown LA and he willingly came to my house to ensure that I understood everything. The drive itself is about an hour and a half, this showed me that he is responsible and knows how to take care of his clients. I met with Andrew to take care of some paperwork, he is very professional and works with you closely. When he had my case he would always update me on new information and any changes they would make. There is so much I can say about Andrew Nissen but it is better for you to find out on your own. Andrew Nissen - Dental Case

Unfortunately I had a implant problem that was the result of very poor performance by the dentist. The case against the dentist resulted in a significant settlement against the defendant. Andrew is an expert in dental care as well as legal cases in the arena. His dedication and pursuit of the offending party was top notch.
