Given all these positive reviews you've received, what the heck was wrong with my case that you couldn't/wouldn't pursue, even after I signed your ridiculous retainer?
And now my time limits for filing ANYTHING have almost expired.
Do you have anything to say about that? And NOT use your receptionist to speak for you???

Mr. Fulgencio took my case in March 2017, had me sign a useless retainer agreement that I signed on March 31, 2017. Nothing, absolutely NOTHING was ever done with my case. I never ONCE spoke with him & got no updates, except through the receptionist, Andrea.
I asked a few questions in April & early May, to never receive an answer, even from the receptionist. I was always given the answer, 'he's very busy, in & out of court' .. well, being an attorney that's his job. And ALL attorneys' jobs, to keep their clients informed.
Once again, I never heard ONCE from him, & he wouldn't even speak with my other attorney for a Federal case that we needed his opinion on.
I got tired of this 'service' that I was supposedly getting from his firm, so asked to speak with him by the end of the day on June 3, as 'firing his firm' was my right, only to receive 20 minutes later a totally generic withdrawal from my case, with a reminder that I only have a certain amount of time to get my case heard.
Hmmm, well he wasted 3 months of that supposed time limit. The letter I received, along with the initial retainer agreement, was as basic & generic as you could get. Trying to 'cover his firm's a*s' but no representation at all.
Consumer protection?? Are you kidding me?
Very bad service. I only gave the firm one star, as I had to select something.

I have zero regret in putting all of my trust and confidence into Fulgencio law firm. Communication throughout the whole firm is very efficient and done in a timely manner. Scott Hunter and Felipe Fulgencio assisted me in a case that I was hesitant to pursue due to the fact that I am a young adult and never dealt with any legal issues before. This firm shows passion for what they do, understanding for people like myself, and portrays an aggressive but reasonable approach. I highly recommend Fulgencio law firm! They helped me through every step and I am glad I had them right by my side the whole time. The experience has been nothing but positive!

My lawyer handled my case from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the process and I was very pleased with the service and results.

From our first meeting Mr. Fulgencio was professional, returned calls and responded to email right away never leaving me in the dark. He prepped me well for my deposition and managed my expectations through the process. He secured a settlement avoiding a stressful trial. I would for sure recommend him.

Patience, understanding, consideration are words that I would choose to describe my experience.

Felipe took my car accident case after other attorneys didn't and we quickly got a fair settlement from the insurance company that was much higher than the original offer. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I hired Felipe because he was highly reccomended from my client.
He exceeded my expectations and more.
At one point during the process I got complesive due to moving and I was impressed when his staff kept on contacting me to keep the file moving forward. He is very responsive, and very easy to connect with.
I will be taking advantage of Felipe legal services from now on.

Every time I spoke with the lawyer he did not know any of the details of the case. He would recite "facts" that had nothing to do with my case. When I questioned him, he would find that what he was saying was incorrect in each and every conversation. My case sat for months until it the four years were nearly up then he was in a rush for a quick minimal settlement. If I did not ask about how my medical bills would be covered and if I had to reimburse my auto and medical insurance carrier, they would not have gotten a letter waiver. He said he made a note that I said I wanted to settle when it clear that I said he need to look more closely at my case. He said I had too many prior injuries to go to court. Then later in the conversation admitted that the two injuries he was talking about, were unrelated and the insurance company was not disputing the injuries. He then said that the insurance company was disputing at fault. But he never would contact the witness. When I asked him what amount did he submit the insurance company for settlement he began a different argument and changed the subject. I never got an answer. Now my case is set to expire in a few days and he is cornering me to accept a very low settlement. He says if I want more time I would have to go and file a letter with the court for an extension.
