NILO J SANCHEZ & ASSOCIATES, P.A., was founded by Nilo J. Sanchez, Jr. to represent the interests of parties involved in family law and personal injury cases. We are a full service family law firm representing clients in all types of family law matters, including but not limited to dissolution of marriage, distribution of marital assets, child custody, paternity, modifications, and child support.
We maintain close relationships with our clients and are committed to meeting their legal needs with the highest quality legal services. We recognize and understand that divorce and family law related matters can be stressful and emotionally consuming. We strive to reach an amicable settlement to avoid the further stress associated with contested cases and to avoid the high costs involved in contested matters.
In attempting to reach an amicable settlement, we utilize our experience, knowledge of the law, and common sense to reach a practical and efficient settlement that is in our client’s and their children’s best interests.
When we determine that settlement is not possible or likely, we approach and analyze each case in a strategic and deliberate manner that will place our client in the best possible position to aggressively litigate the case before the court.
