Mr Perez filed a long Motion to Dismiss on my felony case. At first the judge was against it, but Mr Perez kept arguing with her until she finally granted the motion. He gave her caselaw papers and she was very impressed with this. He made an excellent presentation. The prosecuter tried to object ...but Mr Perez put him to shame. He did a way better job than any lawyer I ever had hired in the past - money well spent!
