Gratitude and Appreciation
Marian helped guide me through the most difficult period of my life whereby her honesty, integrity, and leadership were THE catalysts to a mutually beneficial outcome (Collaborative Divorce process). The corresponding result of personal transformation is perhaps the greatest gift received from Marian.

Enormous help through a tough time
Marian was a tremendous help during my divorce process. She guided me through what to expect and how to handle myself from the initial consultation through the final judgment. I can honestly say without her I would have been lost. Her knowledge of family law and ability to get things done timely is phenomenal. She also has an incredible assistant that made communication extremely efficient. I participated in the "Collaborative Divorce" process and Marian is an expert in this style of negotiation. I can honestly say I got a better result than I even thought was possible thanks to Marian. Hopefully I won't need her again for a divorce case, but I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an aggressive and knowledgeable attorney to handle their case. If you want the best, choose Marian McCulloch.
