Biography
I am an attorney at Foley & Lardner, LLP. I focus my practice on representing individuals in a broad range of probate, trust, wealth preservation, business and tax related issues. I have extensive experience in all aspects of probate and trust administration, including the preparation of gift and estate tax returns. I also represent clients with IRS gift and estate tax examinations and audits. As a part of my corporate practice, I advise clients on choice-of-entity planning, including the formation of business entities, and the preparation, review and negotiation of business contracts, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and operating agreements.
