Ms. Probasco earned her J.D. from Florida State University in 2002 after receiving her B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1999.

Ms. Probasco has been involved in several legal organizations, including the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Collaborative Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers.
