As a criminal defense attorney, Barry became certified in the operation of the Intoxilyzer 5000, the instrument used to test all DUI suspects in the State of Florida, up until the introduction of the Intoxilyzer 8000 in 2006. He has handled in excess of 5500 criminal cases and was lead attorney in over 179 jury trials.

NOT GUILTY VERDICT!!!!!!
