Octavio Gomez

I hired Mr. Gomez to represent me on a minor misdemeanor charge. He had a great website that made him come across as an experienced and aggressive lawyer. When I meet with him in person before hiring him he seemed nice and not to worry about my charge that he would get it dismissed. After I hired him... it was all down hill from there. His communication with me was terrible, in fact he intentionally played games with me, intentionally tried getting me to go off (which I didn't) and was very augmentative. He acted like a 13 year old girl immature little girl. Mr. Gomez DID NOT fight for me or properly represent me as a defense lawyer, he fought with me. While in the courtroom he was practicing walking in while wearing his "man purse", like he was inexperienced and trying to build his self esteem. Would never hire again!

Had a horrible experience with this lawyer! He did not get me a good outcome, even though I did not do what I was charged with. Tav did not fight for me like he said he would before hiring him. He spent more time playing games/ arguing with me than he did defending me. It is obvious that he does not ...have a lot of experience and is incompetent. I would never recommend anyone to him. You would be better off hiring a public pretender.
