Biography
Paul W. Rebein has a passion for helping people. His 23 years of experience and deep understanding of the law empower him to fight for justice for his clients. Paul has won and favorably settled thousands of personal injury, car accident, brain injury and wrongful death cases.
Driven by his faith and a profound empathy for the people he serves, Paul is known for winning cases and and negotiating substantial settlements on his clients’ behalf. It’s all part of his goal to be the best personal injury lawyer in the United States.
A graduate of the University of Virginia Law School and a Tampa resident for more than 16 years, Paul is at home in Tampa Bay. He also enjoys giving back to the community. Paul has donated thousands of backpacks and holiday turkeys to citizens in need.
“When I talk to people who have had a personal injury case, their two biggest complaints about their lawyers are that they never hear from them and that their cases take too long,” says Paul. “I’m different, because I’m committed to communicating with my clients on a regular basis. I’ve also put protocols in place to move most cases to resolution between 6 and 12 months.”

Best experience...
This was the best experience with an attorney I've ever had. Him and his staff made me feel like a person and not just money in their pocket. I would never want to go through another car wreck again, but if I did, i'd definitely call 305 PAUL.
