WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! I consulted with 3 attorneys and Mr. Hayslett was the most expensive but I After meeting with him and reading reviews he was the lawyer I felt the most comfortable with and hired him for representation. I was potentially facing my 3rd DUI charge. Kevin was able to get it ...reduced to a wreckless driving with MINIMAL Penalties. I receive NO jail time, NO interlock, and NO car impound. basically a slap on the wrist! He was always available, returned call, listened to me fully (I can sometime be a long talker), explained everything, and was just all around personable and great! If you are facing a DUI I know that it is a hard and confusing time. but HIRE KEVIN! Obviously there are no promises in the "court-game" but If anyone has a chance of beating/reducing your charge....Kevin is the guy! Thank you Kevin so very much!!!! I was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon which is a felony charge with an automatic prison sentence of 3 to 20 years. Because I discharged the weapon I would have probably been looking at the 20 year sentence. Kevin was able to have the charge reduced to Improper Presentation of a ...Firearm which is a first degree misdemeanor (this was a miracle in itself!). Now I was looking at 12 months in jail along with a slew of other punishments. In the end I was able to to plead no contest and pay a $500 fine. No other punishments or obligations. Soon he will have this charge expunged from my record. Not only is he a brilliant attorney, he shows so much compassion for you. He keeps you informed of what is going on and sets reasonable expectations of what he can or can't do. I hope to never have to hire his services again, but I would sincerely not hesitate to do so!!!

My grandson was arrested for a DUI and possession of drugs. I live out of state and was reluctant on how to locate an attorney for him. With the help of my daughter who lives in Boston Mass. I reviewed the CV's of multiple lawyers. After we narrowed down the field we both flew down to Tampa to meet w...ith the 3 that were on our list. The first one was very nice and seemed smart but seemed only to tell us how great he was and showed us a wall of letters from former clients and how about how many times he's been interviewed on TV. The second one brought in three lawyers but seemed fixated on the money it would cost and seemed to hurry us along. We met with Mr. Hayslett last. I should point out that we were over an hour late for our 4:30 appointment. My daughter wanted to hire the first attorney and go back tom our hotel room. I not wanting to be rude, even though we were late insisted we keep our appointment. Sometimes it's the little decisions in life that change everything. When we met with Mr. Hayslett all I can say is that I felt better, calmer and that he cared. What was strange to me is that unlike all the other lawyers I've dealt with including several that I go to church with and one that's married to my cousin is that Mr. Hayslett didn't talk about himself or his big wins, he simply listened. He didn't talk about money. After he heard us out and answered all of our questions he asked us to sleep on our important decision. He was complimentary of the other two lawyers we met with and did not even ask us to sign anything. He gave us his cell number and said to call or text if we had any additional questions then apologized because he had a event to go to for one of his children. Fast forward almost ten months later. All charges were dismissed and my grandson has moved back to Mass with my daughter. It wasn't quick but it worked out perfectly for us. Mr. Hayslett is a kind gentleman that I can never repay.
