I had a different lawyer to start with and she seemed like my case was more a waste of her time then anything else, so I emailed Mike with my story just to see if anything could be done. He told me to switch to him and he would show me how a lawyer should act. From everything I read switching mid cas...e was unheard of and lawyers wouldn't do it, but he did and it was the best decision I ever made. Attorney Mike Winer was very responsive to answering all my questions. He paid attention to every detail in order to build a strong case. He went up against a major insurance company and their legal team. His attention to details paid off and we WON with a jury trial. The citizens on the jury were ab...le to see the TRUTH, and did right by me. A re-trial was requested by the other side, but was denied. Appeal came next. Mike and his team fought head to head against the big boys, and kept coming out on top. Jury trial through a long appeals process is relentless, but in the end we had a good outcome.  Mike was very personable and dedicated, throughout the entire process.
