Shawn Allan Diederich

Shawn Diederich, founder of Diederich Law Firm, P.A., was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. In 1999, Attorney Diederich graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing, and in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. After spending time in Southern California studying gemology and working as a fine jewelry appraiser, Attorney Diederich knew he needed a greater challenge in life. Attorney Diederich set upon a career in law in 2004, and graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in 2007. While in law school Attorney Diederich worked for a boutique Family Law firm in Winter Park, and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Ninth Judicial Circuit. Attorney Diederich began his career as an attorney with a Statewide AV rated, preeminent law firm specializing in defense of Workers’ Compensation claims for employers ranging from world-wide corporations to small, local mom-and-pop operations.  Regardless of size, Attorney Diederich handled each claim with the same focus on excellence and attention which every client deserves. Attorney Diederich opened the Diederich Law Firm, P.A in early 2012, bringing his invaluable personal experience to his select group of clients.  He prides himself of providing representation which exceeds the expectations of his clients at every turn. Attorney Diederich is a member of the Workers' Compensation section of the Florida Bar.  He also sits on the Workers' Compensation Rules Advisory Committee, taking an active role in the evolving laws which govern Workers' Compensation claims in Florida. In his spare time, Attorney Diederich enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exercising, and snowboarding.
