Great experience with Mike & his team at Winer Law Group
Mike, Hope & his team helped guide me through a personal injury claim after a car accident. I’ve never hired a lawyer for something like that before and they helped explain everything and made the process super easy… and fast! Seemed very modern and organized. Highly recommend!

Great attorney! Awesome staff!
After being involved in a car accident I contacted Mr. Winer's office and Immediately I was impressed with his professionalism and concern. Best Lawyer in Tampa
I got in a car accident two years ago and after dealing with several different attorneys who were not responsive I hired Mike Winer to take on my case. The minute Mike took my case on I knew I was in good hands. Within a month my two year old case was settled and I received the treatment I needed. This team listened and worked with me to get my case completed. They are highly skilled in what they do!

Sooo happpy!
After a very long road, dealing with Workmans Comp. I made a smart choice in switching from Morgan and Morgan to Michael Winer. His aggressive approach and no nonsense explanations made switching attorneys a no brained. Within a year and a half we came to a wonderful settlement, which may never have happened had I stayed put. I finally feel free of the burden’s forced on me by work accident. Thank you so much Michael.

The G.O.A.T
I am beyond grateful to attorney Winer and his wonderful staff. My twins and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident. Aside from being in pain , the stress the insurance carriers imposed against my sons and I is horrific. Without Attorney Winer’s remarkable experience and dedication the outcome would of been horrible to my boys and I. As a single mother to eight year old little boys, the least thing I needed was to be bullied by insurance carriers while I work a full-time job and continue to live in pain. I recommend attorney Winer and his staff. They treated me with the upmost respect and were extremely responsive. Wish I would’ve found them sooner. He is the best!

Wonderful Attorney & Staff
Mike Winer and staff are wonderful people. My daughter was involved in a car accident with a phantom vehicle causing the car that she was in, to go into a building. There were times we wanted to give up and close the case feeling hopeless. However, they kept fighting and did not give up when we wanted to. I'm thankful that they didn't. They went above and beyond our expectations. Thak you so much!!

Amazing attorney
My husband injured his shoulder at work and needed surgery. We encountered many frustrating delays with the insurance company and their reluctance to provide benefits he was entitled to. I am a former worker’s compensation claims adjuster of 16 years. It became obvious that we would need to seek out legal representation in order to have the mounting issues resolved. Mike came highly recommended by a workers compensation insurance defense attorney I worked with who is also a long time personal friend. I thoroughly researched Mike’s stellar credentials and extensive legal experience. We were so impressed and believed the case would be in great hands. Mike has not let us down in any of the aspects of this case. He has pursued several benefits and prevailed in obtaining those benefits. Some of those benefits involved medical treatment and others were past due payments the carrier didn’t want to readily pay. The most recent litigation led to a substantial amount of money being paid to my husband. Mike took a period of past indemnity claim/lost wages to trial and prevailed. His skillful and diligent preparations for the trial led to a winning ruling from the Judge of Compensation Claims. Mike and his office staff promptly reply when we have a question, sometimes just within minutes. Mike has exceeded our expectations in so many ways. My husband would definitely not have received all of the benefits he was entitled to without Mike’s expert representation.

I experienced a “slip and fall” at a location of a major restaurant chain and found it necessary to seek an attorney for a verifiable injury to my back. I hired a very prominent law firm in Clearwater, FL to evaluate my case. They took me on as a client and then subsequently abandoned my case 2 years later. Personal Injury Case Won
I contact Mr. Winer's office for a personal injury case that happened in Tampa Florida. I spoke with Mr. Winer a few times but mostly communicated over email with his paralegal Starla. She was very helpful in explaining the process and telling me exactly what I needed to do. I live in California so I was worried my case would not be at the top of their list. However, I felt they were alwyas attentive and answered all my questions quickly. It took 18 months but I felt the job was handled perfectly and I was compensated MORE than fairly. They were very honest with me and the pros and cons of various decisions and upfront about cost and my case details. I'm extremely grateful for the work they provided me and I highly recommend them. Worker's Compensation case/ Traumatic brain injury
My brother suffered a traumatic brain injury x2. I consulted with and hired Mike Winer to work his case. He found out information about his injury that I never would have been able to attain. It took 8yrs. Of research and persistence. He got my brother a very favorable settlement. Well worth the wait. I'm 100% happy with a job well done. Top Notch Lawyer
I was involved in a serious boating accident that left me temporarily unable to work and with a permanent disability. I was concerned with the ongoing costs of medical treatments and how this would impact my finances. I was unsure about hiring an attorney because I didn’t think I had a viable case. As my medical bills mounted, I decided to hire Mike after several recommendations from close family and friends. Mike carefully analyzed my case and hired a world-renowned expert on the subject. As a result, Mike was able to build a very strong case of negligence where I initially did not consider one. After being told by the insurance company my case was worthless, Mike litigated the case tirelessly and we were able to achieve a substantial result just prior to going to trial.
