A compassionate, yet zealous advocate, Natasha Munkittrick Allen was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016 and She opened her office that same year.
Since then, she has successfully handled many different types of cases.
Natasha has represented criminal clients, both juveniles and adults. Through her participation in the Levin College of Law Criminal Defense Clinic, Natasha worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of Public Defender, 8th Judicial Circuit in Levy County. There, Natasha worked with clients and conducted research pertaining to their criminal defense. This hands-on participation and involvement allowed her to earn invaluable practical experience.
In her coursework in Law School, Natasha focused also her studies on Property,
Trust & Estates, honing her skills and learning from some of the top legal scholars in the Country.
Natasha focuses a portion of her practice on Wills and Trusts -- helping her clients successfully plan for their futures and helping them reach their goals of distribution of their assets, whatever that may look like for the client. Every client is different and has different goals. Natasha meets and listens to the client and their needs and wishes and then, develops a plan to help them achieve their goals.
She is also capable of representing clients in Family Law matters to include: divorce, parental responsibility, time-sharing, adoptions, modification cases. She has successfully represented clients in quiet title actions and foreclosure matters. She handles probate cases and other elder law issues, such as Medicaid Planning, including legal spend-down advice and other tools necessary to assist with eligibility.
Since Allen Law Office, P.A.’s opening, Natasha has represented numerous clients with Family Law matters to include: divorce, custody issues (parental responsibility and time-sharing), child support, and modifications.
She has a passion for helping people and she is driven to do what is right. She's motivated by success for her clients and she has a strong work ethic that will see her clients through to resolution.

She is a current and founding board member of BACK Fighting Cancer, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that assists families in Levy, Gilchrist and Dixie Counties who have a child fighting cancer. She also serves as the Vice-President on the Board of the Greater Chiefland Area Chamber of Commerce, the board of The Gilchrist Education Foundation and the board of directors for Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.
