Jessica Gimenez was recommended by my Great Aunt when she heard who was representing my ex Husband without any hesitation. My ex-husbands attorney has been known to play dirty to win, will even find out the judges favorite color to wear it the day of trial and uses a lot of scare tactics to break yo...u down. My Aunt ironically worked for this woman for 10 years if not longer if I can remember right. Sadly, My aunt has since passed. Back in 2016 Jessica represented me and they had to voluntarily dismissed the case. Jessica knows the law, she is smart and truly cares. She doesn't waste her time on the emotional hear say garbage because that doesn't hold up in court anyway. The law is the law period. We are back in court again in 2020-2021 although Jessica couldn't see me to the end due to my unexpected financial reasons during the pandemic, I would highly recommend her and will rehire her again once I am able!

I just finished a case with Attorney Gimenez and the outcome was great. I ended up with more than I expected. It was a tough case and she answered all my questions her staff was excellant. I worked with mostly Steven her assistant which basically calmed me down on this case since it felt like a roll...er coaster ride. Attorney Gimenez went up against what I felt like was a tough attorney and she stayed calm and proved her case at the end. She is the best!!!!
