Jessica Lynn Gimenez

I've used Ms. Gimenez as my attorney for two cases and have recommended her services to a handful of friends. What I appreciate most about her as an attorney is that she's not aggressive or a bully. Everyone believes that what they want and need is a pompous attorney who's going to over promise, unde...r deliver, and generally frustrate the process. This actually cost you, the client more money. It's better to have a level headed attorney like Ms. Gimenez who recoginizes the law, and what the law allows, and manages your case under those guidelines. In the moments where you're really hoping that she shows up as a beast, she does, but not raging like the incredible Hulk, mild mannered, professional, and accurate, like Bruce Banner. I cannot overstate how well her approach is received by judges (from my experience in having her handle my cases), and judges are the ones who make decisions in family law cases.

Attorney Gimenez successfully represented me in family court in a long & difficult case. Nobody likes to be in court - but she made it as smooth as possible for us. Ms. Gimenez is what attorneys should be, but not many are. Ms. Gimenez took on my case after previous counsel almost lost e everything for me. Anyone claiming she got burnt out and wanted to make things easier on herself is flat out misrepresenting the facts, probably due to misunderstanding of how... family law works. Ms. Gimenez is a fighter with a true understanding of the law and doesn't subscribe to taking the easy route. Ms. Gimenez does not stop working at 5pm. I have seen her working on my case at 11pm. She is a woman with integrity and a woman of her word. I know many attorneys and Ms.Gimenez is the only one, I would recommend, knowing she will not let you down. Ms. Gimenez is a outstanding person and a truely amazing attorney that will fight heart and sole for her clients.
