Attorney Gimenez took over my case from a previous lawyer I hired, and helped me win a contempt of court case against my children's mother. I've used Ms. Gimenez as my attorney for two cases and have recommended her services to a handful of friends. What I appreciate most about her as an attorney is that she's not aggressive or a bully. Everyone believes that what they want and need is a pompous attorney who's going to over promise, unde...r deliver, and generally frustrate the process. This actually cost you, the client more money. It's better to have a level headed attorney like Ms. Gimenez who recoginizes the law, and what the law allows, and manages your case under those guidelines. In the moments where you're really hoping that she shows up as a beast, she does, but not raging like the incredible Hulk, mild mannered, professional, and accurate, like Bruce Banner. I cannot overstate how well her approach is received by judges (from my experience in having her handle my cases), and judges are the ones who make decisions in family law cases.
