I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I was one of the few students in Stetson University’s history to be accepted into the 3 + 3 program, which is an accelerated track that allows students with outstanding credentials to be approved for early admission to the Stetson College of Law. While pursuing my Juris Doctor Degree at Stetson College of Law, I served as secretary of Stetson’s Hispanic Bar Association. Being the mother of a young child, I understand the emotional strain that divorce and custody proceeding have on parents. I strive to be a caring and compassionate attorney while zealously advocating for my client’s rights. Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish.

We feel the case could have gotten more detailed & Jessica got warn out on the drama & kept it simple for herself. We felt treated unfairly but dealt with the outcome due to having no further financial funds to invest in further review or to hire another attorney.
While I understand this is your opinion it is highly inaccurate and find it necessary to respond. I was hired to accomplish 3 things for the client as requested in the Supplemental Petition and did that and more. 1. Modify the time sharing with the client having his son as primary and liberal time with his daughter, which I accomplished with a schedule he agreed to free and voluntarily. 2. Request the tax dependency for his son, which I accomplished and he now has. 3. Modify child support, which I did (cut into half) and accomplished having $17,000 in arrears waived, which the court would not have done otherwise since he did not file for modification until 2013 and owed $14,000 plus prior to filing. I never gave up because of the "drama" and saw the case through to the end. I negotiated effectively to provide the best settlement that was much more than the client would have received at the final hearing. I kept him informed, answered all his questions, followed up his concerns and ensured he understood the agreement and was content. In addition, I resolved the case in a timely manner (7 months) and at no time requested additional funds for further review or work.
