Jessica Lynn Gimenez

Hired Jessica back in 2018, had last minute notice of my emergency hearing, couldn't physically attend because of the last minute notice (that i should of had ample time to not only respond to but also attend). Then she proceeded to go to this hearing without the any of the proof i gave her to object... to the other parties claims. Aside from her lack of due diligence, she just didn't compare to the savviness of the opposing lawyer. Jessica was playing checkers, while the opposing counsel was playing chess. Also, she was my lawyer for 5 seconds and kept the full retainer.

I've used Ms. Gimenez as my attorney for two cases and have recommended her services to a handful of friends. What I appreciate most about her as an attorney is that she's not aggressive or a bully. Everyone believes that what they want and need is a pompous attorney who's going to over promise, unde...r deliver, and generally frustrate the process. This actually cost you, the client more money. It's better to have a level headed attorney like Ms. Gimenez who recoginizes the law, and what the law allows, and manages your case under those guidelines. In the moments where you're really hoping that she shows up as a beast, she does, but not raging like the incredible Hulk, mild mannered, professional, and accurate, like Bruce Banner. I cannot overstate how well her approach is received by judges (from my experience in having her handle my cases), and judges are the ones who make decisions in family law cases.
