Needed help with estate planning

Diane was so helpful. She made clear what was needed and executed the documents in a timely manner. We highly recommend her.

Excellent Lawyer; Great Partner With Clients

Diane Zuckerman was referred to my by a lawyer friend who gave her his highest recommendation. I engaged Diane to help me with my mother's estate, will, HCPOA, etc. a number of years ago. Even though I live in Ohio and Diane is based in Tampa, near my mother, the distance factor never effected our ...relationship, her responsiveness, the quality of her work product, or our ability to work together. Diane reviewed and updated all of my mother's estate and related documents and kept them current with Florida law and legal practice for many years. When my mother passed away earlier this year, Diane was superb in advising me on how to handle the estate and performed several important tasks. She is an excellent lawyer. And, as important, she is an excellent partner with her clients. She cares about the client's situation and provides whatever help is necessary to facilitate smooth and legally rigorous handling of legal matters. Diane Made The Complicated Simple

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Diane. I called Diane about help interpreting a will and she took the time to not only explain the different parts of the legal document and how this effected how the will was governed but offered suggestions and options for dealing w...ith my unique situation and the challenge I was trying to work through. In addition, Diane was ready to offer introductions to others locally that could be helpful in resolving the issues I was trying to address. The law is so complicated and Diane was able to take the time to clearly answer my questions in a language that was easy for me to understand. She was also compassionate regarding my situation as I imagine most of these situations are very sensitive in nature. Finally, Diane was very timely in returning calls and reviewing the work I had requested of her. I would definitely hire her again.

Patient and knowledgeable

I will be moving my mother to a Memory Care facility soon and have had many questions about the road I have ahead. Diane met with me and answered questions, offered advice, and told me about certain issues i should be looking for. She sat with me until I felt I had the information I needed to begin... the work I needed to do. As I am sure there will be many more questions and concerns I will certainly be hiring Diane for and future needs.

Knowledgeable and experienced attorney, takes her time researching

Diane was easy to work with via phone, email and in person. She researched my specific situation before giving excellent verifiable advice which I acted upon protecting current and future assets. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
