Patient and knowledgeable

I will be moving my mother to a Memory Care facility soon and have had many questions about the road I have ahead. Diane met with me and answered questions, offered advice, and told me about certain issues i should be looking for. She sat with me until I felt I had the information I needed to begin... the work I needed to do. As I am sure there will be many more questions and concerns I will certainly be hiring Diane for and future needs.

Diane's service regarding Guardianship for my mother

We needed help setting up a guardianship for my mother. Diane did a very professional job guiding us through the process. She was also very helpful and responsive assisting us with questions from the court regarding our annual reporting. I would recommend her to anyone needing help regarding a gua...rdianship or elder care issue.

OUR ANGEL IN LAW

Don't know how to star really, it was a very special angel that put her in our lives from the beginning of our process, been that it was a delicate family very uncomfortable issues regarding the life and decision of my aunt . She was very supportive and understanding and efficient as well as her staf...f. We are very thanks full for all her help in the period that she worked with us.

I recommend this lawyer.

Diane has always been very helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. She helped our family through a very hard and very trying time. Diane is very knowledgeable in the elder care laws and with Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations.

my husband need to be placed in a nursing home

Diane Zuckerman was the second attorney that I saw reguarding my husbands placement in a nursing home. The first attorney I saw was a referal. I delt with his parolegal on the phone and on two visits to there office. I saw the attorney for maybe a tolal of one hour. I did not care for their bu...siness practices. They made the process sound very confusing and very costly, so I wanted a second opinion. I got a large bill from them, that was mostly phone calls. Not all attorneys are created equal. Finding Diane was the best possible thing I could have done. She was kind caring and very professional. I saw her on several visit before she asked if I was satisfied and if I wanted to proceed and hire her. I have been so pleased with Diane, She has taken calls from me, answered all my concerns and never once made me feel she or her office staff were to busy for me. she definatly had compasion for me and my husbands condition, knowing it was tearing me apart. I would highly recommend Diane Zuckerman for all your Elderer Care legal concerns. If she doesn't have the answers for your questions she will find them and make the process go very smoothly. Thank You very much for being such a great person and professional!
