Damien Miles Hoffman

I was born in Des Moines, Iowa in 1972 but moved to Florida at a young age.  While in law school, I was consistently on the Dean's List and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and National Association of Public Interest Law.  I began my career at one of the top civil defense firms in Florida and was quickly thrown into the fire.  I spent over a decade defending all sorts of negligence claims ranging from elder abuse and neglect to medical malpractice and premises liability to wrongful death.  The human element in litigation drove me to a position of wanting to assist people and families in one of their greatest times of need.  I am fortunate enough to be doing that now with the knowledge and experience of having defended insurance companies for many years.
