n my own personal experience with Brent Rose he promised me he golfed with the judge and had a track record defeating the other attorney. He showed up at the courthouse with no knowledge of my case or even the case document we were discussing in front of the general magistrate. On another occasion hi...s assistant emailed me the day before a court appearance with a immediate demand for more money or he won't show up for court!!! I never received an itemized bill from him. AND I NEVER RECEIVED A 25% DISCOUNT I WAS PROMISED IN MY CONTRACT BECAUSE HE WAS REFERRED BY CONSOLIDATED LEGAL CONCEPTS. I have found that Brett will bill me for calls I make to check on why nothing has been done on my case; he charged me for leaving messages that were not returned for 21 days. His Admin was not able to answer questions about what documents were sent or when. The only document they produced for me had a strangers contact information and the wrong court docket number on it.

I would NEVER EVER recommend Brent Rose. Please do your research when hiring an attorney. Brent Rose does not care about you or your family. My ex was trying to re-locate my son to NJ and we had a hearing coming up for temporary custody. During our initial consultation Rose fed me hopes and drea...ms that my case was open and shut. That he knew the judge very well and we'd have no issues. As soon as I paid the retainer that was it... This was almost 2 months before the hearing. Then 2 weeks before the hearing I had still not heard from Mr. Rose I started to call. Why aren't we sitting down to discuss this case and what will happen during the hearing. He did not return ANY of my calls! I started to call 2-3 times a day until I FINALLY get a response from him just 2-3 days before the hearing to tell me how crazy I was for calling so much and that I was harassing him?!?! EXCUSE ME?!?! How is a mother supposed to act when someone is trying to take her child and the attorney she hired for help WAS NOT HELPING!! Believe it or not he STILL DID NOT meet with me! He had some grad right out of college sit with me take notes and on the day of the hearing this Brent Rose knew NOTHING about our case to defend me. My ex came with his mother and they bashed me saying my job would not allow me to care for my son. I WAS IN THE AIR FORCE and had a wonderful in home nanny for him... I had a more stable home for my son than anyone else could have. Yet Brent never objected, never defended, never spoke up once just let them bash me. The judge awarded them temporary custody WHAT?! I was screaming, crying, in disbelief!! The judge almost held me in contempt I could not get my head right did this really just happen?!?! This attorney could have cared less... I immediately ask Rose what we do next? File a motion do whatever you can to get him back, a baby cannot be without his mother!! My son was not even 2!! He said there was nothing you can do that we had to sit and wait! This destroyed me for a very long time! My son was in NJ for almost a year with very little visitation. They wouldn't let me see him or talk to him unless I had a court order because the judges order said nothing about visitation. Needless to say I never saw or spoke to Brent Rose again and I pray I never do!! I went and hired a REAL ATTORNEY who fought hard for us... We filed an immediate re-hearing, from that hearing and WE WON!! I was also awarded full custody in the end which never would have happened had I let this awful careless attorney continue to "not" work my case! Please Please Run far and fast from this place!!! I would hate to see anyone go through what I did because of this liar!!

While I have not retained Mr. Rose to represent me in any legal matters because his office is 3 hours away from me, he has provided very good advice and swift, accurate answers to my legal questions on this site. I'm sure attorneys on this website stand to gain little by taking time to answer questio...ns for non-clients. The fact that he has answered or agreed to another attorney's answer to all of my questions AND replied to my comments or follow up questions on his answers regarding my current legal matter demonstrates to me that he is a selfless individual that has a genuine desire to help people that are going through possibly the most difficult and challenging time in their life. I don't need to meet or know Mr. Rose or any of his associates to say with all confidence that I would trust him to handle my legal matters. Thank you, Mr. Rose, for caring enough to give freely of your time and expertise.
