The Best Real-Estate Lawyer!

After Dealing With A LARGE Firm & Getting No Where

We hired Mr. Tygar in a matter of obtaining funds from a foreclosure of property of a member of our family who passed away a year before. Mr. Tygar was able to resolve our issues within 10 days. This was after dealing with a "large firm" in Plantation, who kept telling us that the matter would take a brief more time. He was always upfront with us and always return our phone calls within a matter of an hour or 2. The fact that he has a tight knit small firm is a positive fact that can not be overlooked these.

BRILLIANT, REASSURING, ARTICULATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFECTIVE

Attorney Tygar defended me in a real estate contract breach and dispute. His knowledge and experience were excellent. A Lawyer with a Heart

Being a novice and short term landlord, I was totally unaware of the Florida tenant-landlord fine print legalities. Luckily, My Tygar came to my rescue and honestly assessed my situation and presented options for the resolution of this rather unpleasant ordeal, nonpayment from a tenant for the last two months of rent. Professional Lawyer that advocates with strong legal arguments

Neil was very helpful in helping me overcome issues with the City of Pompano Beach. He was very professional, and used the most legal arguments to support my case. My case wasn't very strong, but with a list of strong legal arguments - Neil was able to convince the City Attorney to reverse their decision in denying my short term rental license.

Absolutely Excellent

I found myself in a very bad situation, needing to sell my primary residence and investment properties (some of which had multiple mortgages). All were far underwater. It was an extremely stressful and uncertain time for me. I found Neil online and called him. He was empathetic to my situation and extremely patient in answering my endless questions. Over time, he helped me navigate my way out of the situation by working with the banks and enabling me to avoid foreclosure by short selling all of the properties.
