I hired Mr. Tygar to handle my new home closing. We had perhaps the most difficult Seller you can imagine, who argued about everything, tried to renegotiate the price, and was perhaps the most difficult human being imaginable. Despite all the stress Mr. Tygar managed all the problems and took the ...time to explain things both to me and my wife with infinite patience. Not only did he remain polite and professional through repeat provocation he also managed to keep everything on track and get us everything we were supposed to get on time. All for a reasonable flat fee.

I was introduced to Neil about 6 years ago and as a commercial real estate investor unfortunately in different states I find myself in the court system and generally the legal representation is sub par. Mostly trying to collect monies that are owed and occasionally defending a frivolous suit. Nei...l was retained to assist against an aggressive residential lender that had taken many liberties that forced us into litigation. The lender retained top legal talent which did not concern Neil one bit. He pursued the case and won handily while all the time keeping his fee at minimum cost. This representation was for our residence and he has represented us for commercial matters as well which reflects his depth of knowledge and his ability of the law to represent his clients in any capacity.
