I was referred to this firm through Legal Shield but never spoke with Mr. Tygar himself—my case was handled by his son. I paid a non-refundable 10-hour retainer, yet only 3.7 hours of work were done before I was told my case was “resolved.” When I asked for additional help on the same matter, my emai...ls were ignored. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this firm.

Subject: Urgent Complaint About Incompetent Legal Services I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal legal representation I have received from your firm. It is outrageous that you charged me a whopping $262 just to review a single email, only to take... no action on my case until I was unexpectedly served with a motion for contempt on April 25, 2024. Furthermore, your lack of communication with both me and the opposing attorney is utterly unacceptable. Despite my multiple attempts to reach you, I received minimal responses, consisting mainly of billing-related matters. I was shocked to discover that I now owe over a total of 4000 for your negligence. Your last-minute and futile attempts to rectify the situation by filing a motion for a Zoom call, which was subsequently denied, are entirely inadequate. I am left with no choice but to settle for a ridiculous amount or incur additional expenses by having you physically present. It is evident that he has failed to fulfill your professional duties, costing me over $8500 along the way. I had trusted his expertise, only to be let down. I implore have to rectify this situation immediately or face further action. If hire demand a prompt response addressing these concerns and a detailed breakdown of all charges incurred thus far. Have him give you regular updates and meaningful progress in your case.
